This policy applies to the publicly available version of the BloomSense mobile application (iOS and Android), published by Omnise.

Terms of Service

1. Product Scope

BloomSense provides personal pH tracking, symptom logging, and educational health information. It includes community features for sharing experiences and a shop for purchasing related products.

2. Not Medical Advice

BloomSense is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. This applies to all features of the app, including:

  • pH readings and symptom tracking
  • Educational articles and content
  • Advice, suggestions, or opinions shared by other users in the community

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information you record, view, or receive through BloomSense. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BloomSense. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

Guest Access: You may use BloomSense without creating an account. Guest data is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if the app is uninstalled.

Registered Accounts: You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Community Guidelines

BloomSense includes community features where you can create posts, comment, and interact with other users. By using these features, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to other community members
  • Not post objectionable content, including but not limited to: hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material, spam, or content promoting self-harm
  • Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Not post content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
  • Not use the community to promote products, services, or solicit users

Omnise reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting content (text, images, comments) on BloomSense, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant Omnise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and moderate your content within the BloomSense platform
  • Confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any third party’s rights

Omnise may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

7. Content Moderation

Omnise employs content moderation measures including automated systems and user reporting to maintain community standards. Users can:

  • Report objectionable content or users
  • Block other users to prevent interactions

Omnise is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse the views expressed by community members.

8. In-App Shop

BloomSense includes a Shop feature for browsing and purchasing NATURELAND products.

  • Transactions: All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
  • Terms of Sale: Purchases are subject to NATURELAND’s standard terms of sale, including shipping and return policies.
  • Customer Service: For order-related inquiries, please contact NATURELAND support directly.
  • Health Data Separation: Your shopping activity is not linked to your health data.

9. Intellectual Property

BloomSense, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Omnise. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

10. Termination

Omnise may suspend or terminate your access to BloomSense at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy & Data page in Settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BloomSense is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Omnise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including educational materials and community posts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BloomSense, including reliance on community advice or health tracking data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of BloomSense after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
